VARSITY COACH Scott Bullock
Coach Bullock is in his 18th year as head coach of the Lady Falcons.
He has a career record of 328-91 and has been fortunate to be a part of 10 Lady Falcon Kingco Championship teams, five district championship teams,
and one state championship team (2021-22).
He has tremendous passion for the game of basketball and working with high school athletes.
Scott is a 1986 graduate of BYU where he earned a BS in Computer Science and a BA in Spanish.
He later completed the majority of his MBA at Seattle U.
He spent 17 years working as a software developer for Microsoft on the desktop database product, “Microsoft Access”.
He has spent the last 12 years working in the NBA for the Charlotte Hornets and now the Memphis Grizzles.
Scott and his wife Keri are the parents of five and grandparents of ten.
Trey and Warren the youngest still remain at home while Bryant, Jamie, and Kacie are all off pursuing educations, careers, and creating their own families.
Scott is originally from the state of Oregon where he was a 1980 graduate of Lake Oswego HS.

Varsity Assistant
Sam Moscatel
Coach Moscatel is in his 9th season with the Lady Falcon High School program. Sam has a long coaching and playing history.
The Moscatel name is synonomous with basketball success in the Seattle area. After graduating from UW he was an assistant coach under the legendary Ed Pepple at Mercer Island High School for nine years.
He was later the head coach of Issaquah High School’s varsity boys basketball team for seven years.
In his third season at Issaquah he was awarded the KingCo co-coach of the year with his former mentor, Ed Pepple.
Sam then took a short break from coaching to focus on his family and work schedule. Eventually, his daughter Rachel had him
back coaching in the Woodinville Select program. And now for the last 8 years he has been the anchor in all of the success of
Lady Falcon basketball.
He still owns and operates furniture stores and resturants in the area with his brother, Al Moscatel.
In his free time he enjoys going to the racetrack and vacationing with his family.
He and his wife Lisa live here in Woodinville. His daughter Rachel recently graduated from Washington State and is now
living in Seattle.

Varsity Assistant
Melissa Gilkey
Coach Benton is in her 3rd season with the Lady Falcon High School program. Coach Benton better known as Mel has put her heart and soul into Lady Falcon Basketball, both as a player and now a coach.
Her first season coaching was the Lady Falcons state championship season. Mel's energy, enthusiasm, and perspective were key elements in that successful run for the title.
Mel played for the Lady Falcons just ten years earlier and was a senior captain and standout player. She is one of a few select Lady Falcons to surpass 1000 points
in her three year career. Her senior year she led her team to a 4th place finish at state. Mel later starred at Washington University in St. Louis where she was a Division 3 All-American. Mel
is now back in Seattle working at Amazon and raising her young family in Woodinville. Coach Mel and her husband Tim, have two beautiful young girls in Harper and Riley and a dog named Biggie.

JV Team Coach
Jessica Welcome
Coach Jessica is in her first year as the Lady Falcon JV coach. She coached several years in the Woodiville Select program and she played
collegiately at Cal Baptist, Warner Pacific, and Northwest College. She is the mother of three basketball children, Jaedyn, Jazlyn, and Kara.
And she comes from the famous Mendezona Basketball family. Everyone is excited to have coach Jessica on our staff this year.

C Team Coach
Rachel Moscatel
Coach Rachel is in her first year as the Lady Falcon C team coach. She recently graduated from Washington State with a teaching degree
and is now working at Hollywood Hill Elementary. Rachel is a Lady Falcon Alumni where she played on some excellent teams and was known for her three point shooting.
She is the daughter of Woodinville assistant coach of Sam Mosatel. Everyone is excited to have coach Rachel on our staff this year.

Olivia Doerr
Coach Olivia is in her 2nd season with the Lady Falcon High School program. Last year she was our C Team coach. This year she is
an assistant to both the varsity and JV teams. Olivia and Coach Mel together oversee all of our skill development.
They are a talented duo. Coach Olivia played
her high school basketball in Wenatchee where she was a stellar left handed point guard. She then played collegiately at Lower Columbia College in Vancouver.
Olivia now spends her days teaching junior history at Woodinville. She helps keep all of our girls thriving in the class room.

Chris Ruff
Chris
is in his third year as leader of our select program.
He is a long time supporter and coach in our Woodinville Select program.
He grew up in Billings, MT and graduated from The University of Montana.
In 1998, Chris moved to Seattle to get his MBA from the University of Washington.
Chris is currently the CEO of Kirkland based UIEvolution Inc. which is a global leader in enterprise software that delivers experiences to mobile devices, smart TVs and connected cars.
In addition, Chris and his wife Katie own Ontra Marketing Group, a Woodinville based traditional and digital marketing firm for small to medium sized local business.
Chris and Katie have three children Abby (college freshman), Will (10th Grade
Varsity player), and Lizzie (8th Grade Girls Select) who all excited about the upcoming 2019–2020 season.

Fall League COACH
Tyrone Sheffey
Coach
Tyrone Sheffey was a three sport athlete at Renton High
School and went on to play football in college for Wenatchee
Valley College and the University of Washington. He has
coached boys AAU basketball for Team FCA for 2 years. His
passion is to develop solid character amongst his team and
coaches, while learning the fundamentals of the game. He is
married to Melissa of 20 years, and has five children:
Jaden- 20 years; Ciera - 17 years; Veronica - 15 years, Keysean-
6 years, and Amina 4.
He is also a manager at Microsoft and an Elder at Antioch Bible Church.

7th GRADE COACH
Jessica Welcome
Coach Jessica Welcome went to Kings High School and Enterprise High School in Northern California where she played varsity all 4 years.
She went on to play at California Baptist University, Warner Pacific, and Northwest University.
She was named Cascade Conference Co-Player of the Year and a NAIA All All-American.
She graduated in 2010 with her Bachelors in General Psychology.
Jessica was an assistant coach for four years at Northwest University.
She also has additional coaching experience with select, AAU, and Quick Handle.
When she's not busy running around 5 kids, she loves impacting the youth and continues to do training for various ages.
She is currently the AAU Director for the Quick Handle Basketball program.

6th GRADE COACH
Leigh Sarti
Coach Leigh Sarti was raised in Perth, Australia and played club level basketball in his homeland.
It’s his third year in the Woodinville Select program.
He also coaches a Select Soccer Coach with NSC. He is married to Jana, and has four children: Bella (15),
Leighton (13); Lola (11), and Sienna (9). He is also the Creative Pastor at Overlake Christian Church.

Junior Varsity Coach
Ali Forde
Coach Ali Forde grew up in Woodinville and was a proud Lady Falcon from
2009-2011. She played both basketball and volleyball. Her name is all over our record books for rebounding and scoring. She was the 2011 Kingco Player of the year and led her
team to Kingco Championships in both 2010 and 2011. She went on to play four
years at the University of Idaho and then overseas in Germany. She now works as a realtor at Keller Williams here in Seattle.

COACH EMERITUS Steve Segadelli
Coach Segadelli is a coaching legend who spend half of the last decade helping the Woodinville
Lady Falcon basketball program. Three years as a head coach and two as an assistant. He was part of
three Kingco Championship teams. He leaves the game with 40 years of coaching experience.
He was the head coach of the Lady Falcons from 2004-2006.
He had a three year record of 55-18 and led the Lady Falcons to their first Kingco Title in school history.
He was voted Kingco coach of the year two of those three years.
Steve is a graduate of Seattle U. earning his MA in Health and Physical Education.
He started coaching at Bishop Blanchet High School of Seattle in 1977 where he won three Metro League titles.
He was honored as Metro League Coach of the Year in 1982 and 1984.
Steve came to Woodinville in 1987 where he was honored as Kingco Coach of the
Year. Steve is the father of three children (Jen, Pat, and Adie).
Coach Segadelli and his wife, Gina, live in Woodinville.
Gina is a former high school English teacher and now works as the director of sales for Concur Technologies.

COACH EMERITUS Bruce Haldors
Coach Haldors spent three years as an assistant with the high school Lady Falcons. He still remains an avid fan but
is now focusing more of his time at work as CEO of the Transpo Group in Kirkland. He always brings tremendous passion
for this game and for life in general. You won't meet a better guy. We are fortunate to have him in our community.
Bruce is originally from the state of Oregon and a 1983 graduate of
Reynolds High School. Bruce is a lifelong basketball junkie and created quite the stir on the court for the Lancers of Reynolds High.
Bruce later attended Arizona State University where he earned a degree in Accouting.
He then headed to University of California at Berkeley where he finished his masters in Civil Engineering. He is
now the president of the Transpo Group based in Kirkland. Bruce resides in English Hill with his wife Karen and
two daughters, Ellie and Stacy.

Dirk Glessner
Dirk spent three years coaching in the Lady Falcon program (2009, 2010, and 2011).
He was raised in Mansfield, a small Wheat farming community in Eastern Washington.
Dirk is a 1990 Graduate of Washington State University, where he earned a BA in Finance.
Dirk is now employed with Microsoft and does his best to help keep their finances straight.
Dirk is a resident of Woodinville along with his wife Danielle,
and three children Brittney, Gabrielle, and Blake.

COACH EMERITUS
Paul Spencer
Paul spent three years coaching in the Lady Falcon program (2009, 2010, and 2011). Pual is now
the Lady Falcon Booster club president.
He has coached youth basketball for the last seven years in the YMCA and NYBA local programs and coached
youth sports for the past twelve years. Paul is a graduate of Shorecrest High School and played
baseball at the University of Washington where he graduated in 1985. He married his high school sweetheart [Melanie] and they have been married for 23 years. Paul and
Melanie live in the Woodinville area with their family, including four children.

COACH EMERITUS Stan Nybo
Coach Nybo has spent most of the last ten years
coaching in the Woodinville Select and Youth programs. Stan was an all state guard at Rogers High of Puyallup back in 1973. After
high school he played for three years at Seattle Pacific University and then briefly internationally.
Stan is now in his early 50's and still going strong.
He plays three mornings a week. Stan graduated from Seattle
Pacific with a degree in business. Today he works as a general contractor.
He owns his own company called "Ace Supreme Remodel". He lives in Woodinville with his wife Candace and daughter
Crystal. He has three older sons Jason, Riley, and Tim that have also come through Woodinville High School.

Brian Lampe
Brian is excited to be a part of the Lady Falcon program.
He is a lifelong basketball player and fan.
He played high school ball at Tulare Union High School in California and continues to play regularly.
Brian has coached youth basketball, softball and soccer on and off for the past 20 years.
Brian and his wife, Susan, have four children – Kathryn, Rebecca, Tommy and Joey – and have lived in Woodinville for 8 years.
Brian is a structural engineer and owner of BTL Engineering in Woodinville.
